Healthcare providers search for medical information frequently to support their clinical decision-making. Specific resources or websites are used more frequently than others depending on the clinician’s preference. phactMI is a collaboration of pharmaceutical company medical information (MI) leaders that provides a tool that searches product labeling and medical information responses to give answers to drug information questions. This descriptive study sought to identify the fastest time to answering drug information questions.
