voiceTech Launches ServiceLink-Rx, the First Comprehensive Patient Communication Platform for Retail Pharmacies

ServiceLink-Rx was developed to meet the growing needs of retail pharmacies to communicate proactively with their customers by each customer’s preferred technology method, including phone call, text, email or mobile application. If the customer desires the refill, then using two-way integration with the pharmacy’s computer system, ServiceLink-Rx will post the refill request directly to a work queue so the staff can fill the prescription. Studies show that proactive prescription reminders and health awareness messages help improve patient outcomes, and now they can receive those via the technology method of their choice.
