Product Overview The CADD®-Solis ambulatory pain pump is a state-of-art, smart pain management system that meets industry recognized standards for advance error-reduction features in PCA pumps. It has led the U.S. ambulatory market in new placements since its launch in 2008. In December, 2013, the Version 3.0 CADD®- Solis ambulatory infusion system received FDA 510(k) clearance, enabling Programmed Intermittent Bolus (PIB) delivery along with PCA/PCEA in the same protocol. This multi-therapy infusion system is used for epidurals, IV PCA, subcutaneous, nerve blocks, and surgical site infusion therapies for labor and delivery, post-op, trauma and pediatrics. Features & Options • PIB protocol capability mimics the latest published clinical findings for better pain management. • Smart pump technology promotes patient safety utilizing programming limits, clinical advisory notes and best practice protocols with an intuitive user interface. • Large color screen differentiates therapies and displays infusion settings. Product Specifications • Provides delivery via continuous infusion and/or PIB and/ or PCA-PCEA and/or Clinician Bolus. All parameters can be combined into a single protocol. • Stores up to 500 therapy/qualifier/drug protocols. • Operates on 4 AA Alkaline Batteries with approximate life of 113 hours at 10 mL/hr.
