Omnicell just announced that Stormont Vail Health has selected Omnicell’s automated medication management platform to help enhance safety and efficiency in the central pharmacy and patient care areas. Stormont Vail Health is implementing Omnicell’s i.v.STATION™ Non-hazardous Compounding Robots to further enhance patient safety, improve therapy, reduce cost, and facilitate compliance in the IV room. Omnicell’s XT Series Automated Dispensing Cabinets will also be installed at Stormont Vail Health to help improve workflow efficiency for both nursing and pharmacy while helping to increase medication accountability and patient safety.
